Here's a brief summary of our activities

Unveiling International calling

Our plan for this year is the announcement of an international call at the time of the birth of the Prophet Sadiqa Tahereh (Salam Allah Aliyah). For this reason, the annual conference will be attended by renowned national and international professors and calligraphers. We are trying to plan for writing the noble narration of Sadaqeh Tahereh (Salam Allah Aliyah).

By the Will of His Almighty along with our full trust in the providence of the Innocent Imams (PBUT), the ‘Mirase-Yase-Yasin’ Institute of Arts and Culture promotes the second ‘Yase-Yasin’ International Calligraphy Competition in the neighborhood of the Holy shrine of the Messenger’s son (PBUH) and her holiness Zahra’s (as.) purified offspring, i.e., his holiness Imam Ali bin Mousa Al-Rida (as.). This award is held for the sake of venerating the religious symbols and rites and endorsing and advocating all kind of education and knowledges related to the ‘Mother of the Universe’, her holiness Fatimah Al-Zahraa (as.), the Messenger’s daughter (PBUH) and the most truthful and pure Lady. This session includes three distinct departments: the national, the international and the special award (the Fatimid comprehensive board).

It is hoped that, with the aid and participation of all the sincere and devoted lovers of her holiness As-Siddiqa At-Tahira (as.) [the most truthful and pure Lady] and by recruiting and using the capacity of the art of calligraphy, some beams of her holiness’s Lights would radiate on the peak of the cultural heritage of our Islamic world.

The foundation and idea of formation of the institute

This institute was formed several years ago, by the suggestion of Mr. Masjed Jameie, for a different service to Ahlulbit (Ali al-Islam). Over ten years we sought to collect valuable works, from the professors in the field of calligraphy inside and outside of the country, which were based on the education of Hazrat Zahra (Salah Allah Aliyah).

Calligraphy is a transnational issue.

Calligraphy is transnational, and we know its ownership for Iran. There is also no border in calligraphy art and is one of the most sacred art. This institute intends to combine the concept of Hazrat Zahra (Salam Allah Aliyah) with the art of calligraphy and its elegance, and remains in lasting history.

This collection of works can have more and more audience than its direct audience of visitors, to the point where even it could be the basis for holding competitions and festivals.

The experts in the field of calligraphy and book publishing admit that although the field of reading has belonged to Egypt before, and calligraphy has been flourishing in the Ottoman region and painting and Tazhib and Tashir in Iran, but now we are seeing that Iran is turning to a center and pole Calligraphy is the Islamic world.

Calligraphy and beautiful script bookwriting are one of the most original arts of this border and can be considered as the flagship of the culture and art of this country, so that in the each place of the world, we are known to this art.

The foundation and idea of forming this complex has been formed many years ago and by the suggestion of Mr. Masjed Jameie for a different service to Ahlulbayt (Allaihe Alsalam), And because of my heart and soul and my family’s devotion to Sadiq Tahereh Salahullah Aliyah, we sought to collect valuable works from the professors in the field of calligraphy inside and outside of the country, that are centered on the knowledges of Hazrat Zahra (Allaihe Alsalam).

This is for the first time, that I have come to Iran, and this was by the invitation of the Miras Yase Yasin Institute and for the opening ceremony of Fatemi Allaihe Alsalam works exhibition in Mashhad. This artistic movement has a great role in introducing the authority of Fatimah (peace be upon him), and will create a religious culture among the people. It is a great pleasure for me to get acquainted with the great professors in the field of calligraphy in this exhibition, and the important point of this exhibition is the numerous artistic scripts and artistic styles on the subject of Fatima’s (Allaihe Alsalam) knowledges which are not limited to a specific script and a certain style.

The main points of the exhibition are its variety. To the extent that the visitor will be surprised when he or she is confronted with works, how the script that has only been transmitted to the concept has taken such different forms of art and the various nations of the Islamic world have perfected it in different branches, and this exhibition with The Fatima 3 concepts have been gathered in this diversity.

From a long time ago calligraphy art has had a very important position in introducing, promoting and consolidating the words of the elders, the words of the scholars, and also the innocent Imams (peace be upon him). And in this way, calligraphy art has gained a special credit from previous centuries, and fortunately, contemporary artists have maintained this heritage and continued this way, and since the holy name of Hazrat Fatima (peace be upon him) is a brilliant name in the field of religious art and culture of this land, we hope that there will be more effort in this area so that our young generation can continue this blessed move and expand its range of activities beyond the borders of this country.

For me, who attended numerous calligraphy exhibitions both inside and outside the country, this ceremony and this exhibition caused amazed and proud of me. Because the distinguished professors of the country and other countries by focusing on the concepts of Fatemi (peace be upon him) have provided valuable and privileged works for the first time and the quality of the exhibition is at a very high level. I congratulate this event and I hope that it will continue in the future.
